When it comes to natural stone, every piece is unique. The color, texture, and pattern of each stone product cannot be replicated. This is what makes natural stone so special – it adds a touch of nature and individuality to any space.
At StoneLite Designs, we take great care in selecting and sourcing the best quality natural stone products for our customers. With the authenticity of natural stone, colors will vary. Therefore, we ask our customers to acknowledge the Material Approval Waiver for all natural stone products. This waiver acknowledges that the customer is aware of the unique nature of the natural stone and accepts the risks associated with it.
As with any hand-made custom product, there may be variations in color, texture, and pattern even within the same batch of stone. It’s also important to note that computer screens may not accurately represent the true color of natural stone. The final result will depend on factors such as lighting and room application. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the product shown
on our website or in digital images.
If the natural stone product does not meet your expectations, returns are subject to a 45% re-stocking
fee. We stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to find a
satisfactory solution. We do not accept returns for improper handling and misuse.
