During our family's 30+ years in the stone business, we watched dreams of real stone walls wither in our showroom. 

Customers would fall in love with the timeless beauty, then walk away defeated by the exorbitant costs of materials and professional installation. The stone industry had silently agreed that real stone was an exclusive luxury, a privilege for the select few. 

We never accepted that. We believed everyone deserved the permanence and beauty of real stone in their home, within their budget. Following the family motto, "Less talk, more work", we got busy working to figure out a solution.

Our journey began by tackling our production waste, experimenting with offcuts from our installations. But traditional, full-thickness stone was simply too heavy to ship and sell online. Then we saw glimpses of ultra-thin stone technology emerging, and an idea sparked. What if we could adapt this technology to make stone more accessible? 

We created hundreds of prototypes and poured over $500,000 into relentless development, handpicking blocks from quarries in South America, India, Italy, and China—literally signing the blocks before they were loaded onto ships to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. 

This dedication led to our breakthrough: ultra-thin real stone, roughly an eighth of an inch thick, bonded to a backer panel. This meant real stone could be cut, drilled, and installed just like a wood panel using standard woodworking tools. No stonemason, no scaffolding, no week-long waits for contractors. Finally, a box of real stone could arrive on your doorstep, ready for an afternoon transformation, cutting installed costs by two-thirds and installation time by 80%.

It's been our mission to bring the beauty of stone to every home, and we're thrilled to have found a way to do just that.
