Damage

Your STRATUM wall panels are carefully packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. But sometimes things happen along the way and damage occurs.

If any of your panels arrive damaged, contact us immediately at info@stonelitedesigns.com . Send us photos of the damage and the quantity of panels affected, and we'll provide replacement panels at no additional charge. 

Color

When it comes to natural stone, every piece is unique. The color, texture, and pattern of each stone product cannot be replicated. This is what makes the stone so special – it adds a touch of nature and individuality to any space. 

While we strive to represent our products as accurately as possible online and in print, as with any hand-made custom product there may be variations in color, texture, and pattern even within the same batch of stone. It’s also important to note that computer screens may not accurately represent the true color of natural stone. The final result will depend on factors such as lighting and room application. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact match to the product shown on our website or in digital images.
