Shipping

Orders ship from our Canadian warehouse at no additional charge to the continental US and all Canadian provinces. We pay the customs and duty!

Shipments to US addresses will arrive via USPS (US Postal Service). Orders over $300 (USD or CAD) will require a signature.

For Alaska, Hawaii, US overseas territories, Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut, please contact us prior to ordering to determine shipping costs. 

Orders over 20 square feet are double-boxed to prevent damage. Individual boxes may weigh up to 50 lbs, depending on the size of your order. 

Allow 3 business days for packing and 6-10 business days for shipping to most locations.
